ANCHOR Fit (up to 12 clients) - Our Large Group classes offers an individualized approach in a bigger group setting to help everyone achieve their health & wellness goals. The fitness classes incorporate strength, mobility, and cardio to build strength, improve endurance, and burn calories.
Small Group Training (max 6 people) - If you need more individualized coaching to work around nagging injuries or simply want programming for building muscle & burning fat, small group personal training is the fastest path to your health and fitness goals.
1-on-1 Private Training - These sessions offer a very personalized training program specific to YOU. Working with a trainer one on one allows you to work at your own speed, while providing accountability, movement awareness, and expert fitness instruction and motivation.
