ANCHOR life + fitness is a strength gym. Full stop. Our focus is to make you stronger so that you can conquer anything that life throws your way. On your first day of strength training, we teach you how to stabilize your body, activate the right muscles and get you moving better. Then, over time, we add weight in a progressive manner to help you build muscle, decrease body fat, and increase mobility.

Strength Training

ANCHOR Fit Classes

(up to 12 members)

Our group classes offer an individualized approach in a group setting to help everyone achieve their health & fitness goals. The fitness classes incorporate strength, cardio and mobility work in a fun group environment.

Small Group Training

(up to 6 members)

With Small Group Training, you’ll receive the specialized attention you’d expect from private training for a fraction of the cost. This option is perfect for members who enjoy training in a smaller group setting, would like more one-on-one coaching to work around previous injuries, or just want to take their fitness to another level. No matter your reason, Small Group Training is the fastest path to reach your goals.

One-on-One Private Training 

One-on-one private training sessions mean you get the full attention of an ANCHOR coach who creates a personalized training program specifically for you. Working one-on-one with your coach allows you to train at your own speed while providing accountability, movement awareness, and motivation.

Online Training Program

Not located near Kennett Square, PA? No problem! You can train with ANCHOR life + fitness from anywhere in the world. Using the Train Heroic App, we offer various online training options created to meet your specific goals. Do you want to build overall strength using the barbell and kettlebells in your home gym? Check! Are you looking for a general fitness bodyweight program? Check, check! We’re ready to help you jumpstart your health and fitness journey whether you are in Kennett Square or 2,000 miles away. 

6 Week Transformation

If you want to experience everything that ANCHOR has to offer in 6 weeks alongside a group of highly-motivated and supportive members, then this is the program for you. You will access ANCHOR’s expert fitness, wellness, and nutrition coaches, plus educational seminars with guest speakers including functional medicine physicians and therapists, cooking demos with local chefs, special active recovery classes, and a recipe book just for Transformation participants.

Strong 45 Challenge

Strong 45 is the ultimate challenge at ANCHOR life + fitness. For 45 days, your health, fitness and nutrition are your top priority. As you consistently attend ANCHOR Fit, Small Group Training and Active Recovery classes, you will progressively add healthy lifestyle tasks and nutrition modifications to your daily routine such as meditation, 15-20 minute walks outside, reducing/eliminating sugar from your diet, increasing protein intake, etc. It won’t be easy but it will be 100% worth it. ANCHOR has been instrumental in my recovery from cervical spine surgery. Charlene has worked hand in hand with my physical therapist to ensure I am getting healthier and stronger safely and responsibly. I feel seen, supported and hopeful about my future health/fitness goals. The other day I was able to deadlift on a barbell, something I thought I would never be able to do with my cervical and lumbar spine issues. I am all in, and have found a place to have fun while I get stronger! Highly recommend!
