ANCHOR life + fitness offers Large Group fitness classes, Small group training, and Private Training sessions.

 

ANCHOR Fit (up to 12 clients) - Our Large Group classes offers an individualized approach in a bigger group setting to help everyone achieve their health & wellness goals. The fitness classes incorporate strength, mobility, and cardio to build strength, improve endurance, and burn calories. 

Small Group Training (max 6 people) - If you need more individualized coaching to work around nagging injuries or simply want programming for building muscle & burning fat, small group personal training is the fastest path to your health and fitness goals.

1-on-1 Private TrainingThese sessions offer a very personalized training program specific to YOU. Working with a trainer one on one allows you to work at your own speed, while providing accountability, movement awareness, and expert fitness instruction and motivation.

*Please be advised that we have a 2 hour cancellation policy for all strength and active recovery classes!
Failure to cancel 2 hours prior will result in a $10 late charge fee or loss of that session.
