Interest vs. Commitment

Updated: Jun 9, 2023

I love the quote below from Ken Blanchard:

"There is a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you only do it when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results."

So, I want to know from you: What are you committed to? What health and fitness goals are you ready to accomplish? What are you ALL IN on?

When you are ALL IN and make the commitment to something, results will follow.

If you are trying to improve body composition and health, not only do you need to show up and move consistently at the gym, but you have to make CHANGES to your life the other 23 hours of the day. Your nutrition is going to be key. How much time are you sitting versus moving? How much sleep are you getting? How is your stress level? What are you doing to reduce your stress? There are so many simple things you can do to improve your health and fitness, but there has to be a commitment to it. A commitment so strong and so good that you are willing to make changes and sacrifices to achieve your goals and get the results you want.

In 2023, I want to help more humans improve their health and fitness. Let me know what your goal is and what you are committed to and I am ready to help you. Let’s Go! Charlene
