We are well into the crazy of the holiday season. How are you doing?
Commit to your habits. Put your training sessions on your calendar and don’t miss them.
If you are stressed out, stop for 5 minutes and just breathe. Slow, deep breaths.
Are you heading to a holiday party? Eat before you go and get some quality protein and fat in to keep you full longer and less likely to grab the sugar and highly processed food that may be served at the gathering.
Eat real, nutrient dense food.
Stay hydrated (movement + electrolytes).
