My Favorite At-Home Workouts

I know a lot of you may travel for work or just need to get a quick movement session when at home. Here are my top 3 workouts if I am traveling or not at ANCHOR. No equipment needed for the first one.
#1
Squat/Push-up Pyramid:
10 Squats, 10 Pushups
9 squats, 9 pushups
8 down to 1.
Got time? Rest 2-5 minutes and go 1 up to 10
Can’t do a pushup?
Hold a plank or do plank taps instead or elevate your hands to a wall or bench.
#2:
Squat/Push-up/Cardio Pyramid:
This is perfect if you have a jump rope, or you can do jumping jacks if you are in a hotel gym.
10 squats, 10 pushups, 1 minute of cardio
9 squats, 9 pushups, 1 minute of cardio
8 squats, 8 push-ups, 1 minute of cardio
7 down to 1
Got time. Rest 2-5 minutes and go 1 up to 10
#3:
Squat/Swing Pyramid
Got a kettlebell? If you have ONE bell, you can have fun with this go-to workout of mine.
10 Squats, 10 Swings
9 squats, 9 swings
8 down to 1
Rest 2-5 minutes and go 1 up to 10
