I wanted to share Dawn’s success story with all of you. Dawn has been a member at ANCHOR since the beginning (I actually met her at a local park before we even opened our doors). She works so hard every time she steps in the gym. In addition, she spends plenty of time outdoors hiking.
In July 2022, we began working together on nutrition. We focused on adding more quality, nutrient-dense foods into her daily nutrition. We focused on increasing hydration and increasing the amount of protein at each meal. We made small tweaks each time we met. She is currently down 46 pounds. I wanted to make sure it was a gradual, sustainable process and lifestyle changes that she could do for life. She has put all the effort in and has stuck to focusing on her goals to make sure that her health was a priority. The best part, she got a thumbs up from her doctor after all of her blood work came back normal.
