ANCHOR Nutrition Has Launched

I am so excited to announce that the NEW NUTRITION program at ANCHOR has officially launched! Since the beginning, we have had nutrition courses, seminars, and cooking demos, but nothing ever felt complete. There were great things being done, but in my heart, it wasn’t everything I wanted for this program.


Fortunately, I was introduced to the Nutritional Therapy Association back in 2016. For six years, I would consistently pop onto their website, read every course book on the list, almost enroll, and then back out. Finally, this time last year, I committed and signed up for the program. It was the best decision and everything is finally coming together.


So, I am officially a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). What does this mean? First, since the beginning, the one thing with the ANCHOR nutrition program that has never changed is:


“Let Thy Food be Thy Medicine and Thy Medicine be Thy Food.” -Hippocrates


It truly is amazing that with the right food, a well-balanced lifestyle, you can help to prevent chronic diseases and reverse them. This is my focus as an NTP:

  • A food first approach.

  • Support optimal function of the body through nutrient dense, real food, digestive system, blood sugar regulation system, fatty acid status, mineral balance, and hydration levels.

  • Lifestyle & stress support.


What does the Nutrition program at ANCHOR look like?

  • The Nutrition program at ANCHOR is 12 weeks in length where I will work with you one-on-one.

  • It begins with a 20-Minute Discovery Session to learn more about you and YOUR goals!

  • You fill out a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and a food and mood journal before our first session.

  • We meet in person or via Zoom six times during the program.

  • During the weeks we don’t meet, I will email an educational document to support your nutrition journey.

  • Unlimited email support. Have a question? Email me anytime!

  • At the end of the 12 weeks, you will again complete the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and a food and mood journal to compare it to the first one.


Group Nutrition

  • Nutrition will be the focus of our next 6 Week Transformation Challenge and beyond. We will meet five times throughout the program focusing on digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids, and more.

  • There will be educational seminars throughout the year.

  • There will be cooking demonstrations throughout the year.

  • Pop-up events and more.


I have seen so many individuals experience the following signs and symptoms and just because so many do, does NOT mean it is normal or okay. You don’t have to suffer through them. Do you experience any of the following symptoms?


Digestive Symptoms:
