Grab a partner for this week's challenge!

Partner Squats to the floor and back up again ~ how many can you do in one minute? Easiest to do with someone of similar size but watch the video and you will see it can be done even with a big size discrepancy. We’re judging on the number you complete, how softly you land, and how gracefully you get back up 🙃 It's a short week so get on it!
