Summer Time Smoothie



INGREDIENTS

  • ½ ripe avocado, pitted, peeled

  • ½ cup baby spinach or coarsely chopped Tuscan kale

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped coconut meat or coconut flakes

  • 1 cup coconut water or coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder (optional-great for some energy in the morning)

  • 1 tablespoon light agave nectar or other sweetener (optional)

  • Pinch of kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS


Blend ingredients and ½ cup ice in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
