Summer Time Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
½ ripe avocado, pitted, peeled
½ cup baby spinach or coarsely chopped Tuscan kale
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
¼ cup coarsely chopped coconut meat or coconut flakes
1 cup coconut water or coconut milk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder (optional-great for some energy in the morning)
1 tablespoon light agave nectar or other sweetener (optional)
Pinch of kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend ingredients and ½ cup ice in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
