1 cup unsweetened coconut (shredded)
¼ cup almond meal
¾ cup + 1 TBS creamy peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
½ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ to ½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup chocolate chips
