About the Recipe
Super easy meal in just one pan!

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
4 Sprigs of fresh tarragon (or ½ tsp dried if cannot get fresh)
1 - 1 ½ pounds of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
Zest from 1 orange, finely minced
Salt & Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
When oven is hot, then warm 2 Tablespoons of the olive oil in a baking
Add the tarragon and put pan into the oven until the tarragon begins to sizzle.
Take the pan out of the oven and add the shrimp to the pan.
Sprinkle with orange juice, orange zest, salt, pepper, and the remaining Tablespoon of olive oil.
Put back in the oven and roast until the shrimp turns pink, about 10 minutes.
Can be served as is for an appetizer or over rice, noodles or green salad for a full meal.
**Can also sub crawfish or scallops for the shrimp in this recipe.**
