ANCHOR life + fitness offers group fitness classes with an individualized approach to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.  Our fitness class capacity is up to 12 students. These classes incorporate Kettlebells, Ropes, Barbells, TRX, and Concept 2 Rowing machines to build strength, improve endurance, and burn calories. 

We also offer one-on-one personal training sessions for those who want a little more individualized attention.

ANCHOR life + fitness specializes in youth sports and team training. Our goal is to safely get the athletes moving better and then focus on strength movements to prepare them for their season.  We currently train Kennett Square High School Varsity Girls Soccer Team, Boys and Girls Track and Cross Country. *Please be advised that we have a 2 hour cancellation policy for all strength and yoga classes! Failure to cancel 2 hours prior will result in a $5 late charge fee or loss of that session.
