The time of year is fast approaching, when we find ourselves in the hustle and bustle of the HOLIDAYS . Whether it's searching around trying to find the perfect gift or traveling to see family and friends, the time between October 1 and January 1 always seems to be busy, stressful, and rushed. It is precisely the spaciousness that is created by these shifts that provide us with the opportunity for seeing beyond our limiting beliefs, thereby allowing us to unfold our infinite possibilities. Six years ago, I was faced with a trifecta of shedding; within a 9-month period of time, I was fired

Charlene, Dominick, and I spent this past weekend expanding our training knowledge while getting our mind’s blown at an Indian Club seminar in King of Prussia, PA. The seminar was hosted by the phenomenal coach and StrongFirst Master Instructor Phil Scarito. So what is an Indian Club you ask?
